Lever 5 — High-Ticket Offers

The Three High-Ticket Models
High-ticket offers fall into three broad models. Each one delivers value differently, requires different skills, scales differently, and suits different types of entrepreneurs. Understanding all three helps you choose the right entry point — and build toward the model that fits your long-term vision.
L5M2.2
Model 1: Coaching
Coaching is the process of guiding someone toward a specific outcome through structured conversation, accountability, and expert direction. You are not doing the work for the client — you are helping them do it better, faster, and with more confidence than they could alone.
Coaching is not therapy, consulting, or teaching — though it borrows elements of all three. The coaching relationship is collaborative: powerful questions, challenging limiting beliefs, accountability, and strategic insight from your experience.
Three common formats with real pricing structures:
The transformation, not the time. Clients pay for a specific outcome — not a number of hours.
People meaningfully further along the path than the clients they coach — and genuinely able to get them there faster.

Model 2: Done-For-You Services
Done-for-you services are exactly what they sound like — you do the work on behalf of the client, delivering a finished, ready-to-use output rather than teaching or guiding them to do it themselves.
DFY is the highest-effort model per client but also the most accessible to beginners — because it trades your time and skill for money directly, without requiring you to teach or coach. If you can do the thing, you can sell the thing.
The business outcome the deliverable enables — not the hours spent. Price based on value delivered, not time invested.
Strong executors — skilled at producing high-quality deliverables efficiently. No audience or reputation needed. Excellent work generates referrals.
The DFY scaling challenge
Your time is the primary input, so you’ll eventually hit a capacity ceiling. Solutions: raise your prices (fewer clients, same income), productize your service (standardized packages that reduce custom work), or build a team to handle delivery while you handle relationships.

Model 3: Consulting
Consulting sits between coaching and DFY. As a consultant, you bring specialized expertise to solve a specific business problem — providing strategic direction, analysis, recommendations, and implementation guidance.
More directive — you are providing answers, not asking questions.
You provide strategic guidance — not full execution.
People with specialized knowledge who can credibly advise on a specific business function. AI knowledge, SEO strategy, email marketing, funnel architecture, and content strategy are all strong consulting niches for students of this course.

Choosing Your Model: A Decision Framework
Use these questions to identify which model fits your current situation best.
Do you prefer doing or guiding?
How much time can you dedicate to client work per week?
How quickly do you need income?
What is your strongest asset right now?

Packaging Your Offer: What a High-Ticket Offer Actually Includes
A high-ticket offer is not a service with a high price tag. It is a structured, defined engagement with a clear outcome, a clear scope, and a clear value proposition. The packaging is what justifies the price and makes the offer feel like an obvious investment rather than an expensive risk.
Every high-ticket offer needs these five elements:
A specific, named outcome
Not “I’ll help you with your online business” — but a precise transformation with a measurable result.
“I’ll set up your complete AI-powered content system so you can publish 3 blog posts per week in under 4 hours of work.”
A clear scope and timeline
What is included? What is not included? How long does the engagement last? Clear scope prevents scope creep and sets expectations that protect both parties.
A defined process
What happens in week 1, week 2, week 4? A defined process signals professionalism and gives the client confidence that there is a real system behind the service.
Deliverables and milestones
What specifically will the client receive? Written documents, recorded calls, built automations, published content. Tangible deliverables make abstract services feel concrete and purchasable.
A guarantee or risk reversal
High-ticket buyers carry more perceived risk. A satisfaction guarantee, a refund policy for non-delivery, or a “stay until you get the result” commitment dramatically reduces buyer hesitation.
You only need to honor it rarely — and the lift in conversion rate more than justifies it.
