Lever 5 — High-Ticket Offers
L5M6.1
Delivery Is Your Marketing
In every other marketing channel, your marketing and your product are separate. You run ads to promote your course. You write content to attract affiliate clicks. The promotion and the product are distinct activities.
In high-ticket services, delivery is your primary marketing channel.
Every client you serve either becomes a case study that sells the next ten clients, or a cautionary tale that costs you the next twenty. There is no neutral outcome. High-ticket clients talk — to their peers, in their communities, in the online spaces you are both active in. Your reputation in the high-ticket market is built almost entirely on the quality of results you produce for the clients you already have.
This means delivery is not just a fulfillment function — it is a growth strategy. Every hour you invest in producing exceptional client results pays returns in testimonials, referrals, and authority signals that no amount of marketing spend can replicate.
Treat every client engagement as if the next ten clients are watching. Because in a very real sense, they are.

The Client Onboarding System
The first 48 hours after a client says yes sets the tone for the entire engagement. A professional, smooth onboarding process signals that you are organized, that they made the right decision, and that the experience of working with you will be as good as the sales conversation suggested.
A sloppy onboarding — delayed contract, unclear next steps, no welcome communication — creates immediate buyer’s remorse. High-ticket buyers are anxious about large investments. Your onboarding should immediately validate their decision.
Welcome Email
Send immediately after payment confirmation. Include:
Onboarding Questionnaire
A short Google Form (5–10 questions) that collects everything you need to begin work:
Welcome Packet
A branded PDF (designed in Canva) that includes:
First Working Session
Begin actual work within 5–7 days of payment
The longer the gap between payment and first delivery, the more anxiety accumulates. Book the kickoff call within a week and arrive prepared — having already reviewed their questionnaire and done preliminary research on their situation.
“I’m starting an engagement with a client who [describe situation from questionnaire]. I’m delivering [describe your offer]. What are the most important things to accomplish in the first session to set the engagement up for success? What should I know about their situation before we begin?”

Delivering Exceptional Results: The Standard
The gap between a good client experience and an exceptional one is not as large as most service providers think. It is not about doing dramatically more work — it is about doing the right things with unusual care.
L5M6.4
The Offboarding and Testimonial System
How you end an engagement is as important as how you begin it. A strong offboarding converts a satisfied client into an active promoter of your work.
Final Delivery Call
A scheduled call to walk through all deliverables and confirm the client feels fully equipped.
This call surfaces any outstanding concerns before they become negative reviews.
Ask directly: “Is there anything you feel we didn’t fully address or that you’d like me to look at before we close out the engagement?” Handle anything that comes up. Leave nothing unresolved.
The Outcome Conversation
Before closing, explicitly connect the work to the client’s original goals.
Review what they said they wanted when you started, show how the deliverables address those goals, and ask them to describe any early results or changes they’ve noticed.
This conversation does two things:
Testimonial Request
Ask during or immediately after the final call — not a week later when the emotional high has faded.
Script: “I’m really glad this worked out well. Would you be willing to write a few sentences about your experience — specifically what your situation was when we started, what we did together, and what’s changed? Even three or four sentences would be incredibly helpful.”
Provide a simple Google Form they can fill out immediately. If they’re on video, ask if you can record a 60-second video testimonial — video testimonials convert at 2–3x the rate of text.
Weak Testimonial
“Working with [name] was great! Highly recommend.”
Strong Testimonial
“Before working with [name] I was spending 12 hours a week on content with nothing to show for it. After the AI Content System Package, I’m publishing 3 posts a week in under 4 hours and my traffic has already gone up 40% in 6 weeks. Worth every dollar.”
What makes it strong: specific before-and-after situation, concrete results mentioned, the client’s name, photo, and role (with permission).
The Referral Ask
After securing the testimonial, ask for referrals.
Don’t say
“Do you know anyone?”
Say this instead
“Who is one person in your network who you think is dealing with the same challenge you came to me with? Would you be comfortable making an introduction?”
A warm referral from a satisfied high-ticket client converts at 50–70% — far higher than any cold marketing channel.

Scaling High-Ticket Income
Once your delivery system is working and you have 2–3 satisfied clients with strong testimonials, scaling becomes the priority. Here are the three most effective paths.
L5M6.6
The High-Ticket Flywheel
When your delivery system, testimonial collection, and referral process are all working — you have a high-ticket flywheel.
This is the sustainable, non-hustle path to $10,000+/month in high-ticket income. Not aggressive outreach and constant promotion — but a delivery-first, reputation-first approach that compounds over time.
