L5M3.1

You Already Have More Than You Think

The most common objection students raise when it comes to high-ticket offers is: “I don’t know enough to charge that much.”

This objection is almost always wrong — not because knowledge doesn’t matter, but because it misidentifies where the value actually comes from.

Clients are not paying for everything you know. They are paying for the specific outcome your knowledge produces for their specific problem. A client struggling to set up their email marketing automation doesn’t need you to know everything about email marketing. They need you to know enough to solve their specific problem — better and faster than they could on their own.

You don’t need to be the world’s foremost expert. You need to be ahead of your client. By completing this course and building the systems we’ve covered, you already have more practical, actionable knowledge about AI tools, content creation, email marketing, and online business infrastructure than the majority of small business owners who desperately need those skills.

The gap between where you are and where a potential client needs to be is your offer.

This module turns that gap into a structured, sellable premium service.

L5M3.2

The Offer Architecture Framework

Every premium offer is built around the same five-question framework. Answer all five questions and you have the skeleton of a sellable high-ticket offer.

Q1

Who specifically do you help?

The more specific your target client, the more your offer resonates. Describe your ideal client in one sentence covering three things:

→Their role or situation
→Their specific problem or pain
→The outcome they want

Too broad

“I help online entrepreneurs.”

Specific enough

“I help freelance content creators who are overwhelmed by social media posting and want to systemize their content production using AI.”

Q2

What specific problem do you solve?

Narrow to one primary problem — not a list of ten things you could theoretically help with. A focused offer converts far better because it speaks directly to the person experiencing that exact problem.

Your problem statement should make the right client think: “That’s exactly what I’m dealing with.” Avoid vague problems and focus on specific, felt pain points:

✓“They spend 20 hours a week creating content that barely gets any engagement”
✓“They have no automated system for following up with new leads and are losing potential clients”
✓“They’ve built a blog with good content but it’s getting zero organic traffic”

Q3

What specific outcome do you deliver?

The outcome is what the client’s life or business looks like after working with you. It should be concrete, measurable, and believable.

Weak outcome

“I help you improve your email marketing.”

Strong outcome

“I set up a 7-email welcome sequence and 3 automated campaigns that earn money from every new subscriber — completely hands-free within 30 days.”

If your outcome is vague, your price feels arbitrary. If your outcome is specific and valuable, your price feels like an investment.

Q4

What is your process for delivering that outcome?

Describe your engagement in 3–5 steps. Not a detailed project plan — a high-level view that gives the client confidence you have a real, structured approach.

Example process for an AI workflow buildout offer:

Step 1
Discovery call — map current workflows and identify the 3 highest-impact automation opportunities
Step 2
Build phase — build and test automations in Zapier/Make.com (1–2 weeks)
Step 3
Handover — live walkthrough call + full documentation so the team can manage the systems going forward
Step 4
Support period — 30 days of async support for questions and adjustments

A clear process signals professionalism, sets expectations, and eliminates the “what am I actually paying for?” uncertainty that prevents high-ticket purchases.

Q5

What is the price and what does it include?

Price your offer based on the value of the outcome — not the hours of work involved.

Value-based pricing formula

Estimated monthly value the outcome creates × 1–3 months = your price

Example

→Your email sequence buildout will generate an estimated $500/month for the client
→$500 × 3 months = $1,500 starting price
→Client pays off the investment in 3 months — every month after that is pure profit

List every element of the engagement explicitly. The more tangible your deliverables, the less the price feels like a leap of faith.

Naming Your Offer

A well-named offer sells better than an identically structured offer with a generic name. The name signals the outcome and makes the offer memorable.

Naming formula

[Outcome or Transformation] + [System / Program / Package]

“Content Package”
→
“The AI Content Engine Setup”
“Email Marketing Setup”
→
“The Automated Income System”
“Business Coaching”
→
“The 90-Day Launch Accelerator”
“Funnel Services”
→
“The Passive Pipeline Build”

Use AI to generate name options

“I offer a [describe service] for [describe client]. The outcome is [describe outcome]. Generate 10 premium offer name options that communicate the transformation and sound like something worth investing in.”

L5M3.5

Your Offer One-Pager

Once your offer is structured and named, document it in a single-page offer sheet — a professional PDF you can share with potential clients before or after a discovery call.

Structure of a high-converting offer one-pager
Section 1
Headline — Your offer name + a one-sentence outcome statement
Section 2
Who This Is For — 3–5 bullet points describing the ideal client’s situation and pain points
Section 3
What You’ll Get — Your deliverables list. Specific, tangible, complete.
Section 4
How It Works — Your 3–5 step process, briefly described
Section 5
The Investment — Your price. Be direct. Don’t hide it.
Section 6
About You — 2–3 sentences on your background and why you’re qualified. Keep it brief — let the offer speak.
Section 7
The Next Step — One clear CTA: “Book a free discovery call” or “Reply to this email to get started.”

Design it in Canva

Use a clean, professional template. Your brand colors, logo, and clean typography. Keep it to one page — clarity beats length.

Write the copy with Claude

“Write the copy for a high-ticket offer one-pager based on this offer structure: [paste your five-question answers]. Professional and confident tone.”
